I take full responsibility for the fixtures, fittings and contents of hostel/patio during the group's occupancy. 

I agree to the £250 damage deposit being used to cover any loss or damage caused by the group. I agree to pay any additional charges should £250 not be adequate to cover such loss or damage.

All members of the group will abide by the following: 

No meat to be brought onto the premises; No outdoor shoes to be worn indoors; No drumming; No loud noise after 10pm; No smoking indoors; amplified music only by prior arrangement (no loud sound-systems will be allowed); outdoor fires/barbeques/fireworks only by prior arrangement.

In addition:  I agree on behalf of the group to separate waste for recycling according to instructions on site and I agree to return furniture to original positions as far as possible and to leave all areas tidy.

I understand that if a breach of this agreement causes additional costs to Hebden Bridge Hostel, these costs will be deducted from the damage deposit. I understand that the damage deposit will be returned, if no losses, damage or additional costs have occurred, once an authorised person has inspected the premises.

I understand that the cancellation / refunds policy is as follows:
If I cancel 6-12 months before I was due to arrive: HB Hostel keeps 12.5% of the total fee. 
If I cancel 3-6 months before I was due to arrive: HB Hostel keeps 25% of the total fee.
If I cancel 6 weeks-3 months before I was due to arrive: HB Hostel keeps 50% of the total fee.
If I cancel less than 6 weeks before I was due to arrive: there will be no refund.
